Associate

Benoît brings a wealth of experience in developing and scaling software start-ups. He spent the last 10 years as a deep tech Investment Director at pre-seed and seed stages, identifying game-changing technologies and supporting them to become defining players on their market. From 2005 to 2011, he was co-founder and CEO of Keeneo, an ISV commercializing intrusion detection systems based on video footage processing.

He positioned the company as an EMEA leader and closed a successful M&A with AIM-listed Digital Barriers PLC in July 2011. He holds a PhD in AI and video processing from INRIA, the French leading research center on Computer Science.

Associate

Master engineer with a Master degree in Business Administration from IAE in Bordeaux, he is also passionate about new technologies.

Entrepreneur for 12 years, he founded and managed two companies (Kubenboa et Cognityk).

He joined i-Virtual as CEO in 2019.

He transitioned to Chief Operating Officer in September 2024 to focus on operational efficiency and product excellence.

Géraldine has a rich background in deep tech and healthcare innovation. She spent nearly 8 years at Google in Sales and Operations before joining teleconsultation start-up Qare as Head of Strategic Partnerships, where she focused on open innovation. 

In addition to her career, Géraldine volunteers with Femtech France, promoting innovation in women’s health. She’s also trained as a reserve officer in the French army and is a certified yoga instructor. 

Rheumatologist, university lecturer-hospital practitioner, specialized in physiology, clinical and strategic expert, appointed as a reference by BPI France in the context of Medical Device (MD) diagnosis, Edem’s main expertise is based on field experience in the hospital environment, innovation and the journey of medical devices before and after they go to market. 

  

Alongside the Nancy CHRU and Rumb, which he founded, he designed and conducted the two clinical studies, Cardiasens I and Cardiasens II, which made it possible to determine the performance and limits of the Caducy medical device. 

Polytechnician and Doctor in Biology, Thierry began his career in 1982 in biomedical activities at Air Liquide. In 1995, he founded Auxilia Medical, specializing in home respiratory care, and in 2008, he created the IPS Group (now Elivie), which provides home health services on a national scale. It is within this context that he developed telemedicine tools. 

In 2012, Thierry joined Pharmagest, where he launched the e-health division. In 2014, he acquired Info Partner, a company specializing in microbiological data management. 

Since 2013, he has been investing in startups in the biomedical and e-health sectors. 

Sacha Loiseau founded Mauna Kea Technologies in May 2000, raising over €150 million, including €56.5 million through a 2011 IPO on the NYSE Euronext Paris. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of the company.  

He is Vice-President of Medtech in France and has invested in several healthtech companies such as Cardiolio, Moon Surgical, Lifen, and Kiro. Since late 2018, he has been a Venture Partner at Elaia, working with companies like Sonio, InHeart, i-Virtual, Azalea Vision, and Tilak Healthcare. He also serves as Chairman at Therapixel. Sacha holds a degree from École Polytechnique in Paris and a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Optical Instrumentation. 

Skilled Professor at the university of Lorraine, he is specializes in cognitive simulation and the fusion of data from physiological sensors.

He directed the Laboratory of Automatics of Cooperative Systems (LACS) specializing in computer science, automation engineering, electronics and neuroscience, and admnistered the Federative Institute for Research on Technical Aids for People with disabilities (FIRTAPD).

During his career, Pr. Pruski has supervised over 200 papers and written 21 theses in the field of science and its many uses for healthcare.

Passionate about new technologies and innovation, Alexandre co-founded, managed and advised several top 100 Insurtech companies after a first life as a director in the bank and insurance worlds. During his experiences, he adquired solid knowledge of the insurance world in France and internationally. His other passion is writing books on new technologies and management and sharing knowledge as a mentor in several international accelerators and as a lecturer in the Msc HEC-X  Fintech entrepreneur track.
