A look back at the captivating webinar on stress management

Speakers at the webinar:
- Eva André, international apneist champion, shared her expertise on conscious breathing and breath control techniques used in freediving. She highlighted how intentional breathing can positively influence your state of stress and improve your general well-being.
- Emilie Adam, coach and EFT practitioner, guided us through different strategies and approaches to managing everyday stress. She shared practical tips and simple exercises to help recognize the signs of stress, prevent it and manage it effectively.
- i-Virtual, we highlighted our innovative remote, contactless stress measurement tool: Caducy. The aim was to demonstrate how this advanced technological tool can help assess stress levels in real time.
